More about the data
This dataset is currently included with all premium member plans.
The Home Office has outlined that any organisation which meets the following criteria are required to publish an annual Modern Slavery Act statement:
- it is a ‘body corporate’ or a partnership, wherever incorporated or formed
- it carries on a business, or part of a business, in the UK
- it supplies goods or services
- it has an annual turnover of £36 million or more
We have analysed (and continue to do so) all UK registered companies, charities and mutual organisations to produce a database of those organisations required to comply. The number of organisations is over 21,000 and with this dataset you can query which organisations of interest fall within this scope.
