Business West Event: The Modern Slavery Act and your Business

31st January 2017 is the first of a number of events dedicated to ending slavery in our supply chains. Bristol is the first city to kick off!
We're very excited to announce that The West of England Initiative, Business West, Unseen, The Anti-Slavery Partnership and tiscreport have teamed up with Bristol City Council to raise awareness of the slavery that exists in every supply chain. With keynote speaker Giles Bolton, Responsible Sourcing Director, giving us his inspiring account of how Tescos is tackling such a huge issue. Bristol's elected Mayor, Marvin Rees will also be speaking of how Bristol City Council's membership of tiscreport will enable the City of Bristol to lead the way in becoming the most Transparent City to trade with.
