If you're trying to take control of your organisation’s profile on TISCreport and discover that it’s already been claimed, we have a clear and fair process to protect data integrity and ensure transparency.
To maintain data security and accountability, each organisation profile can only be managed by one verified administrator at a time. There is no automatic or free transfer of control between users on freemium/basic accounts. Administrative control of an existing profile can only be transferred under the following conditions:
If the current administrator no longer uses the account, the organisation profile will become available again after 12 months of confirmed inactivity.
Please note:
This inactivity period resets each time the user logs in. Some users only access their accounts annually to meet compliance obligations, so this policy ensures we don’t reassign accounts that are still in legitimate use.
ou may request a formal transfer of administrative control. This process includes:
Contacting the current administrator to request consent
If no response is received after multiple reminders over 3 months, the transfer may proceed
A £49 admin fee to initiate the process

If you're working with a different public body, legal entity, or project, you may create a new freemium or premium profile.
Please note:
For compliance reasons, only one user may control a public sector organisation’s profile at a time. If you're supporting multiple entities, you're welcome to create and manage separate profiles accordingly.
We offer a free, one-time message forwarding service. If you would like us to contact the current administrator on your behalf:
