Frequently Asked Questions

This troubleshooting guide covers importing organisations by uploading a CSV document to your organisation dashboard.

Why was there an error during the import?

The most common causes are to do with the contents of the CSV uploaded file. Please check for the following:

  • There are atleast columns for organisation name and jurisdiction
  • The jurisdiction column contains country names or valid jurisdiction codes (see jurisdictions list)
  • Columns were correctly mapped during the import setup
  • There are no formatting issues (check file by opening in Microsoft Excel or similar program)
