Website Terms of Use

Semantrica - website terms of use

We are working in collaboration with Unseen (UK), the charity selected by Polaris to operate the UK's Modern Slavery Helpline and Resource Centre.  As part of our collaboration with Unseen, we have established the UK's first Modern Slavery repository where businesses can upload and display their statements setting out the steps they have taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in their business or in any of their supply chains (TISC Statements).  50% of the fees charged for this service (net of VAT) is donated to Unseen (UK), registered charity number 1127620. This does not apply to the authentication fee we charge our customers or to the fee we charge our customers for processing changes to their TISC Statements, which are used to cover our administrative costs of authenticating new users and processing the changes respectively. You may also choose to make donations to Unseen (UK) via this site.  We will pass on to Unseen (UK) the full amount of any donations you make, subject only to the deduction of any processing fees we incur.
