TISCreport offers an independent technical modern slavery statement review. This service complements and does not replace legal reviews, and is intended to enable companies to find out if their statement not only complies with Section 54 of the Act itself but with the Home Office guidelines.
What the review will cover
The analysis will involve assessment of the current compliance criteria as set out by the Home Office for identifying areas where potentially your organisation(s) and statement may be deemed as compliant or non-compliant. We will also include the steps you could take in order to attempt to remedy anything that we should assess to be non-compliant, or details of why we assess you as compliant for those criteria. and of course detailed in the letter received by in-scope companies from the Home Office dated the 28th March 2019.
How much will it cost?
Our review is offered to non-members for £400+VAT, and to TISCreport members for a significantly discounted cost of £250+VAT. If you wish us to assess compliance of other subsidiaries for the same statement then this will be £50+VAT (non-members)/£40+VAT (members) per additional subsidiary.
