Generate mail merge spreadsheet

Download a spreadsheet document with all of the suppliers yet to be sent an invite and populate the spreadsheet with information from your supplier data. The file is suitable for all versions of Microsoft Outlook as well as other popular mail clients.

Generate a mail merge recipient list of invitation links so your organisations can link up to your dashboard automatically.

Keep track of invited organisations

Simply upload a CSV document with the list of organisations who have successfully been contacted. If you used the mail merge document above you can re-upload the file to mark them off as sent.

Each organisation must have the original Reference ID provided from the mail merge document and should be in the first column. Please see the example below for reference.
